APPLICATION:

1. It is a post-effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber. It is especially suitable for carbon black rubber compounds with strong alkalinity.
2. Safety at operating temperature, strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed, high tensile strength, can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber;
3. It does not produce nitrosamine carcinogens during vulcanization and is an ideal alternative to NOBS. It has excellent comprehensive properties and is called standard accelerator.
4. It can be used together with thiuram, terpenoids, aldehydes and amines to increase activity, and when used together with the anti-caustic agent PVI, it forms a good curing system; Vulcanizates have high tensile stress, small compression deformation, good elasticity and heat resistance;
5. TBBS-80GE is a pre-dispersed masterbatch, easy weighing, processing does not fly, does not leak, taste is small, is conducive to the health of employees; easy to disperse, no loss, to ensure the stability of vulcanized products performance;
6. Mainly used in tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, cables, tires, extrusion products, but also in white or color products.
