APPLICATION:
1.It is an overspeed accelerator for natural rubber and SBR, NBR, EPDM synthetic rubber;
2.The activity and solubility of ZDBC are larger than ZDEC, and the suitable vulcanization temperature is 90-110 °C;
3.Often a good active agent for thiazole accelerators;
4.It can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber;
5.ZDBC-75GE is pre-dispersed masterbatch, easy to weigh, processing is not flying, does not leak, taste is small, is conducive to employee health; easy to disperse, no loss, to ensure stable performance of vulcanized products;
6. It is suitable for use in highly transparent or light-colored rubber products.STORAGE:Keep cool (below 25ºC) and dry in original package.12 months from production date.
Usage:Usually added in the open mill.
Dosage:As a first accelerator:0.5-2.5phr;as a secondary accelerator:0.05-0.20phr.
