PROPERTIES:
Light yellow powder/granule,non-toxic. The density is 1.29-1.31.It is soluble in chloroform, benzene, Acetone, CS₂, insoluble in water, gasoline, acid / alkali with lower concentration. It will become to dimethyl ammonium and CS₂ meeting with hot water.
APPLICATION:
1.Fastcuring primary or secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, IIR and EPDM.
2.Closely resembles TMTD in its applications.
3.Less scorch, excellent dispersion in soft polymers. Blooming and good processing safety.
4.Can be used in CR as an anti-scorching agent, in sulfur-modified poluchloroprenes as peptizing agent. The efficiency sulfur content is 11%.
5.Used in the manufacture of cable, rubber footwear, and tubes.
